Driving up the coast north of Port Huron
With all the houses set far back
And glimpsin’ the lake through window cracks
The wider world seeming so far gone

Everything’s tellin’ me to slow down
Take a break in Port Sanilac
Where a heavy wind is on my back
Pushing me into the great unknown
